Description

• Oversee the management of construction projects to ensure successful execution and delivery.
• Provide leadership to the team by aligning project goals, objectives, and client expectations.
• Coordinate project requirements efficiently, fostering collaboration with other disciplines.
• Review reporting systems and procedures while preparing detailed progress and cost reports for clients and senior management.
• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration.
• Develop competitive bid packages for all project work, evaluate and clarify bids, and recommend awards.
• Establish and monitor project budgets and schedules to meet defined objectives.
• Review, process, and expedite vendor submittals, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports to keep clients informed and aligned.
• Create and implement site utilization plans while determining appropriate crew sizes for project needs.

Profile

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related area of study
• 8-15 years of construction experience working on light industrial, commercial, or multifamily projects
• Motivated to learn and advance at a fast pace
• Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
