With more than two decades of experience, they specialize in high-end corporate interiors, tenant improvement projects, and fast-paced commercial fit-outs for a wide range of clients-including financial services, law firms, tech companies, retail brands, and real estate developers.

Description

• Lead all phases of commercial interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.

• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project documentation.

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and weekly progress meetings.

• Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with quality and safety standards.

• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and project stakeholders.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or APM in commercial interiors construction.

• Strong knowledge of corporate fit-outs, tenant improvement work, and fast-track interiors.

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and construction management software.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
