National Account Manager - Security Solutions - Remote

- Maintain and expand relationships with multi‑location national and regional customers across retail, institutional, and commercial sectors.
- Build strong engagement with key stakeholder groups including Loss Prevention, Facilities, Architecture/Construction, Purchasing, and related decision‑making departments.
- Act as the primary contact for major accounts, ensuring responsive follow‑up, technical support, and ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and untapped markets to expand the company's security footprint.
- Serve as the technical liaison between customer design teams and internal applications engineering to ensure site security requirements are translated into functional, high‑performance solutions.
- Assess customer needs across large portfolios and communicate product gaps or new product opportunities to internal engineering and leadership.
- Manage leads, strategic account activity, and CRM documentation to support growth and track performance across the national portfolio.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams-support, service, engineering, and management-to successfully execute large‑scale national rollouts.
- Qualify and engage potential new customers who would benefit from the company's advanced security product line to drive incremental sales in existing and new markets.
Profile
- 5+ years of National Account B2B sales experience in building materials, glazing/glass, engineered products, or construction‑related industries.
- Strong ability to cultivate and expand complex customer relationships and drive revenue within large multi‑location organizations.
- Excellent prioritization, time‑management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and architectural specifications.
- Experience with door systems, rolling shutters, window systems, security glazing, or ballistic solutions is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Must be willing and able to travel extensively across the U.S. to engage key accounts.
