Our client is looking for a dedicated commercial project manager with 8+ years of experience in the Education, Municipal, and retail spaces to run projects ranging in size from $3M-$7M. All local work. Apply today and receive a call within 24hrs.

Description
- Lead project management efforts while maintaining excellent communication skills with superintendents and clients.
- Multitask between multiple projects
- Oversee all operations including scheduling, workload, budgeting and much more.
- Help estimators when necessary on bid days
- Ability to lead projects from start to finish
- Ensure all safety protocols are being strictly adhered to
- Drive solutions
- Assist in business development by maintaining excellent communication with clients
Profile
- 8+ years of project management experience
- Someone who can hit the ground running
- Ground up public work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Customer oriented
- Public and private experience
Job Offer
- Base salary: $110k- $130k
