A growing Manhattan-based general contractor is seeking an Interiors Estimator to help drive their expanding pipeline. This role offers direct collaboration with ownership and significant growth potential.

A newer but rapidly growing general contractor specializing in commercial interior projects in NYC. Founded by experienced estimators from top firms, the company has completed 30+ projects since 2018 and has a strong backlog through 2026. With $30M in revenue and 15 employees, they offer a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial interior projects.
- Analyze bids, negotiate pricing, and manage relationships with subcontractors.
- Collaborate closely with ownership on budgeting and cost strategy.
- Conduct takeoffs and utilize estimating software for accurate proposals.
