Training Manager - ON SITE - $110k - $135k
The Training Manager role is an exciting opportunity to join one of our best clients! This is a newly-created position and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and enhance workforce productivity. This person will collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop customized training solutions to meet operational goals. This role is full-time on-site in Swedesboro, NJ.
Client Details
Our client is a growing food manufacturing company. They have plants across North America and are growing steadily through acquisition and organic growth. The Training Manager will play a key role in onboarding new hires, fostering career development opportunities, and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization. This person will manage a small team and should have people management experience.
Description
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs to improve employee performance, safety, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create customized training materials, workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed in their roles.
- Collaborate with department heads and management to align training initiatives with company goals and production objectives.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, making improvements as needed.
