Description
The Superintendent will be responsible for:
- Overseeing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain timelines and budgets.
- Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to management.
- Developing and implementing project schedules and work plans.
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project activities.
- Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
