Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Coordinating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain timelines and budgets.
  • Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to management.
  • Developing and implementing project schedules and work plans.
  • Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of project activities.
  • Ensuring quality control and adherence to project specifications.
