Description
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager - OSHPD include:
- Assist with managing healthcare and commercial projects in Los Angeles from preconstruction through closeout.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve building and construction design and field issues.
- Support scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and change management processes.
- Review drawings, submittals, and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
- Contribute to site safety, logistics, and daily project reporting while supporting field operations.
Profile
A successful Project Manager - OSHPD candidate will have:
- 4+ years of experience in building construction management or project engineering
- Strong knowledge of health-care or large commercial project processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Driven, team-oriented, and eager to grow with a company expanding its Los Angeles presence.
