Description

Key responsibilities of the Project Manager - OSHPD include:

• Assist with managing healthcare and commercial projects in Los Angeles from preconstruction through closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to resolve building and construction design and field issues.
• Support scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and change management processes.
• Review drawings, submittals, and specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
• Contribute to site safety, logistics, and daily project reporting while supporting field operations.

Profile

A successful Project Manager - OSHPD candidate will have:

• 4+ years of experience in building construction management or project engineering
• Strong knowledge of health-care or large commercial project processes, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with clients, design teams, and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
