Description

• Oversee daily operations on active construction sites
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensure timely project delivery
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field teams
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to maintain timelines and budgets

Profile

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
• Local or willing to relocate to Knoxville, TN
