Description

• Manage daily food and beverage production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Oversee packaging operations and ensure compliance with GMP and OSHA regulations.
• Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize yield and production processes.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
• Implement cost control measures to optimize operational budgets.
• Drive initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency within the plant.

Profile

• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing, beverage production, and packaging operations.
• Familiarity with GMP and OSHA compliance standards.
• Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and motivation.
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement strategies for yield optimization.
• Experience in scheduling, cost control, and plant operations management.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Fluency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
