Production Manager - Food & Bev Manufacturing
The Production Manager will oversee all manufacturing activities across processing, packaging, and equipment operation within a high‑volume food and beverage facility. This role ensures output meets quality, safety, and cost standards while maintaining efficient workflow from raw materials through finished goods.

Description
- Manage daily food and beverage production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Oversee packaging operations and ensure compliance with GMP and OSHA regulations.
- Lead and develop production teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to optimize yield and production processes.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Implement cost control measures to optimize operational budgets.
- Drive initiatives for process improvement and operational efficiency within the plant.
Profile
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing, beverage production, and packaging operations.
- Familiarity with GMP and OSHA compliance standards.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team development and motivation.
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement strategies for yield optimization.
- Experience in scheduling, cost control, and plant operations management.
- Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Fluency in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
