Description

• Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations on site, from project mobilization through completion.
• Team Supervision: Manage subcontractors and collaborate with on-site teams to ensure a cohesive and productive environment.
• Quality Control: Maintain stringent quality standards, ensuring all work meets design and client specifications.
• Safety Oversight: Enforce all safety protocols, fostering a safe and compliant worksite.
• Client Communication: Serve as the on-site point of contact, maintaining open communication with clients, architects, and engineers.

Profile

• Experience: 5-10 years in construction, with a background in commercial and lab fit-outs preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of interior build-out processes, particularly in lab and medical settings.
• Location: Must be commutable to Wakefield, MA; the role offers consistent work across Northern MA and Southern NH.
• Professional Traits: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and teams effectively.
