Description

• Lead and manage ground-up and renovation healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and project documentation

• Maintain close client communication and ensure compliance with healthcare construction standards (e.g., AHCA, OSHPD, etc.)

• Manage project teams, including site personnel and subcontractors

• Ensure safety, quality, and timeline benchmarks are consistently met

• Report project status to internal leadership and stakeholders

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare construction

• Proven track record managing hospital, clinic, or medical office building (MOB) projects

• Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific codes, inspections, and construction protocols

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
