Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Construction

They are seeking a skilled and driven Project Manager/ Senior Project Manager to join their growing commercial team. Description
- Lead the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of healthcare construction projects
Manage cross-functional project teams, including subcontractors, architects, and engineers
Ensure full compliance with healthcare construction standards and regulatory requirements, including AHCA
Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Build and maintain strong client relationships by consistently meeting or exceeding expectations
Provide proactive leadership in resolving issues and mitigating project risks
Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects
In-depth knowledge of AHCA requirements and healthcare-specific construction regulations
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and team coordination skills
Proficient in project management tools and software
Skilled at managing multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
