Construction Management/Owners Representative firm in St. Louis working on behalf of clients in the public, K-12, multifamily, and commercial construction markets. They value a strong employee culture and small company values. This person will work collaboratively in a team setting in order to exceed all client expectations. The group is comprised of experienced construction professionals with years of combined experience servicing and delivering for clients in the aforementioned markets.

- Measuring and consulting project feasibility
- Developing design plans
- Coordinating contractor selection process
- Developing and executing preconstruction
- Assist in site logistics planning
- Development of schedules and budgets
- Zoning and permit coordination
- Procurement
- Billing
- Compliance
- Contractor management
- Quality assurance and control
- Inspections
- Documentation
Profile
- Degree in Construction Management or other construction related degree
- 8+ years of construction experience (preferably with a general contractor)
- Proven experience in management of cradle-to-grave construction process
- Estimating/precon experience
- Prior commercial construction experience
- Ability to work closely within a team setting
- Potential to grow into leadership role
- Strong presentation and desire to client face
