Develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projectsAnalyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and costs
Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment
Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or multifamily construction
Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Profile
