Description

• Develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial projects
• Analyze project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and costs
• Conduct quantity takeoffs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams during preconstruction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors

Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of estimating experience in commercial or multifamily construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
• Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
