Multifamily Superintendent, Columbus Area
This opportunity is for an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to lead $10-$50M podium and wood-frame projects in Central Ohio. The role offers top-of-market pay, guaranteed bonuses, and long-term growth in an ESOP-backed organization.
Client Details
A fourth-generation, employee-owned general contractor with over $600M in annual revenue and 200+ employees. Known for financial stability, repeat clients (≈80%), and internal promotion, the firm continues to be one of the fastest-growing builders in the Midwest with a diversified project portfolio.
Description
* Lead on-site delivery of $10-$50M multifamily projects
* Manage daily schedules, safety, quality, and subcontractors
* Coordinate closely with PM teams across 50+ active projects
* Drive milestones through closeout and client turnover
* Maintain strong site documentation and client communication
Profile
* 5+ years as a Superintendent on multifamily construction
* Experience with podium or large wood-frame projects
* Proven delivery of projects on time and on budget
* Strong leadership across trades and field teams
* Open to mostly local work with limited regional travel
Job Offer
* $100k-$130k base salary plus $25k-$30k in guaranteed and completion bonuses
* ESOP ownership, 401(k) with 3% match, and $600/month vehicle allowance
* 3-4 weeks PTO and mostly local project assignments
* Defined promotion path from Superintendent to senior leadership
