The Operations Manager/Site Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, managing teams, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals to enhance productivity and efficiency. Description
- Oversee daily operational goals and KPI's
- Develop and implement operational strategy
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage staffing levels and schedules
- Manage P+L for a local site
Profile
- Masters/Bachelors in Operations Management
- 8+ Years of Operation Leadership Experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Demonstrated successful P+L management
