Description

• Develop cost-effective manufacturing processes based on customer specifications.
• Serve as point of contact for customer support, and to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Oversee daily operations and manage the engineering team.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align goals and objectives.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
• Plan and manage project budgets and resources.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Stay current with the latest technologies and trends in the industrial / manufacturing industry.

Profile

A successful Engineering Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of CNC machining processes - milling, turning, grinding, honing, deburring.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of gear manufacturing strongly preferred.
• Excellent project management skills.
