Program Manager- Electronic Manufacturing- Chelmsford, MA
The Program Manager will oversee day-to-day operations for our client, ensuring customer goals related to product cost, quality, and availability are met while coordinating cross-functional resources. This role involves facilitating communication, developing customer relationships, and managing account liabilities to ensure timely and budget-compliant program completion.

Description
- Facilitate communication across internal teams to align customer expectations with business objectives.
- Provide customers with order status updates while monitoring daily shipping schedules to meet demand.
- Assist in developing and nurturing existing customer business relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise solutions for potential customer challenges, ensuring programs are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct customer reporting, visits, and quarterly business reviews as needed.
- Manage customer account liabilities, including excess and obsolete inventory, price variances, quotes, and backlog.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Hands-on team player with experience in customer interactions.
- General knowledge of purchasing, engineering, and operations.
- Experience in international and/or military contract manufacturing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to design creative solutions that align with both company and customer objectives.
- Strong skills in ERP systems and related technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a project or program team environment.
Job Offer
Competitive Base Salary of $90,000-$145,000
