Senior Project Manager-Waste Water & Water Treatment Experience

Looking for a Senior Project Manager to grow into an Executive role. This individual will run and learn the operations of the business and move into the VP of Operations. This position has to be filled ASAP.

HQ : Flint, Michigan

Industry : (40% Industrial, 60% Commercial)

Project Sizes : $5M to $10M ($10M is really their sweet spot)

Other Notes : Strong backlog , no micromanagement

Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Manage Construction team
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project.

Profile

• 20 years in the industry
• High-level experience, have run $20M+ projects
• Management experience it is a plus
• Can step into an executive role - either operations or even on the Precon side of things

Job Offer

• Base Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
