Our client is looking for a strong Project Manager with Commercial and Healthcare experience in Charlotte! This role is for an extremely reputable client with a large presence in the Carolinas, dedicated to safety and client satisfaction.

Our client is one of the leading contractors not only in the Carolinas, but across the entire country. They are a Top 200 ENR General Contractor with a strong presence in the Carolinas since the late 1970s. Known for award-winning projects and strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, they specialize in building schools, offices, healthcare facilities, and industrial buildings such as warehouses and distribution centers-typically in the $10-50 million range. With significant growth in the Charlotte market, they are actively looking to expand their team.

The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will be responsible for:
Lead commercial projects from initiation through completion
Manage deadlines to ensure timelines are consistently met
Coordinate effectively with all project team members
Maintain positive client feedback and high satisfaction levels
Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Profile
The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte should have:
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor required
Proven experience in ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience with project management software is a plus
Strong understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, and standards impacting project success
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Business-oriented with a professional demeanor representing the employer at all levels
Local candidates preferred; relocators will also be considered
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Top 200 ENR General Contractor - Charlotte will receive:
Base salary commensurate with experience, approximately $100,000-$140,000
Discretionary bonuses
Vehicle allowance provided
