TheProject Manager - Strong Project Pipeline & Growth - Charlotte will be responsible for:
- Leading commercial projects through preconstruction, execution, and closeout
- Managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost forecasts
- Coordinating subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
- Serving as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders
- Driving documentation efforts including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Maintaining jobsite safety, quality standards, and compliance
- Proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations
Profile
The Project Manager - Strong Project Pipeline & Growth - Charlotte should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
- Proven background delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large project budgets
- Deep understanding of commercial construction means and methods
- Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Ability to navigate challenges and drive accountability on fast-paced projects
- Experience using modern construction management and scheduling software
