Client Details

This General Contractor consistently lands on the top 400 ENR list year after year for their outstanding work specifically in the healthcare industry. With multiple offices, they have teams dedicated to the state's growing healthcare landscape. They have a tenured track record and a very well established client list. They are currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join the team!

Description

  • Project Planning & Coordination: Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Contract & Compliance Management: Review and manage contracts, subcontracts, permits, and regulatory compliance to align with project requirements.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Oversight: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and work progress.
  • Client & Stakeholder Communication: Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders through regular updates and meetings.
  • Site & Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting site inspections and enforcing safety protocols.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and proactively develop solutions to mitigate issues before they escalate.
  • Team Leadership & Supervision: Direct and support project teams, including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee work quality and adherence to project specifications, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including reports, change orders, RFI logs, and progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • 6+ years of construction experience with a general contractor required
  • Preferred previous project experience in healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Applicable project management software proficiency (Procore, CMiC, AutoDesk, etc.)
  • Thorough understanding of corporate and construction industry best practices, processes, standards, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, business aptitude, and professional character
