Superintendent - Commercial Interiors & Secure Facilities

This Superintendent will oversee technically complex commercial interior projects from start to finish, typically managing one primary project at a time with occasional smaller concurrent work. Description

The Superintendent will be responsible for:

• Leading day-to-day field operations for commercial interior and tenant improvement projects
• Overseeing project schedules, subcontractors, and site safety from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinating closely with project management, clients, and internal self-perform carpentry teams
• Managing work in occupied, secure, and mission-critical environments with minimal disruption
• Ensuring compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and security requirements
• Maintaining clear communication with ownership and leadership throughout the project lifecycle
• Occasionally overseeing multiple smaller projects depending on workload and complexity

Profile

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5-10 years of experience as a Superintendent or field leader in commercial construction
• Strong background in high-end interior fit-outs (office, healthcare, government, tech, etc.)
• Experience working in occupied, fast-paced, or sensitive environments
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and obtain secure badging
• Willingness to travel is a plus, but not required
