We are a well-established commercial general contractor operating across California, Arizona, Nevada, and Texas. We specialize in delivering high-quality projects while fostering long-term client relationships.
Description
Manage commercial construction projects across Los Angeles while working remotely.
Conduct on-site visits as needed to ensure project success.
Develop relationships with existing clients, aiming to expand single-phase projects into multi-phase opportunities.
Identify new business opportunities and bring in deals-earning commission on every project you secure.
Oversee project execution, budgets, timelines, and contractor coordination.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
Profile
✔ Proven experience in commercial building and construction project management.
✔ Strong business development skills-someone who can grow existing accounts and create new opportunities.
✔ Ability to manage projects remotely while being willing to visit job sites as needed.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
