Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, including sitework, concrete tilt-wall panels, structural steel, MEP, and finishes.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors to meet project milestones.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control throughout each phase.
• Work closely with project managers, owners, and design teams to resolve issues proactively and maintain project momentum.
• Lead daily meetings, maintain clear site documentation, and provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients.

Profile

• 5+ years of superintendent experience managing tilt-wall, big box retail, or large industrial projects.
• Strong technical understanding of concrete tilt-wall systems, structural coordination, and large-scale site logistics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage fast-track schedules and oversee multiple trades simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively nationwide.
• Proficiency in construction technology (experience with Procore preferred).

Job Offer

• $115,000 - $165,000 base - dependent on experience
• $800/month truck allowance - Per Diem + Housing + Time Home/PTO
