Construction Project Manager - Hartford, CT
A reputable construction firm is seeking a Project Manager in Hartford, CT to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role involves leading project teams, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring delivery meets quality and safety standards.

The client is a well-established general contractor with a strong regional presence across Connecticut and New England, known for its focus on healthcare, education, municipal, and commercial construction projects.
Description
Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
Lead project meetings with clients, design teams, and field staff
Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards
Provide leadership to project teams and mentorship to junior staff
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience managing mid- to large-scale commercial projects, a degree in construction management or a related field, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
