Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily - NoVA or MD
Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support multifamily construction projects. This role will be based out of Ashburn, Arlington, or Silver Spring, MD, with site visits as needed. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and overall execution to ensure timely and quality project completion.

Description
Assist the Project Manager from preconstruction through completion.
Oversee project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.
Process RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Ensure adherence to project budgets and financial tracking.
Conduct site visits and quality control reviews.
Work closely with teams to resolve construction challenges.
Profile
2+ years of experience in construction, preferably multifamily.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and scheduling.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
Ability to travel for site visits as needed.
Job Offer
Salary: $85,000 - $105,000
10-15% annual bonus
