Buffalo Assistant Project Manager
The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and senior leadership to support the successful completion of construction projects. This role involves handling project documentation, managing project schedules, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Description
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, including tracking progress, schedules, and budgets.
- Prepare and review project documentation, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate communication between project teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Help with the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Assist with site visits, inspections, and project quality control.
- Identify and resolve potential issues that may arise during project execution.
- Support Project Managers in maintaining safety standards on job sites.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing residential projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- LEED accreditation or similar certifications are a plus.
