We're hiring a Construction Estimator to support the continued growth of a long-established, high-performing construction firm located in Swampscott, MA. This is a full-time, permanent position with a tight-knit team working on public sector renovation projects ranging from $1M-$5M across Massachusetts' North Shore.

Description

Construction Estimator - Projects up to $5M - Boston, MA - Responsibilities

• Preparing detailed cost estimates for public renovation projects
• Collaborating closely with the project team to assess scope, materials, and labor
• Attending site visits and working with subcontractors for pricing accuracy
• Reporting directly to a Senior Manager
• Supporting projects throughout preconstruction and bidding phases

Profile

Construction Estimator - Projects up to $5M - Boston, MA - Will have

• 3-10 years of experience as a construction estimator (public or private work)
• Familiarity with renovation projects, ideally within the $1-$5M range
• Eager to grow within a smaller, high-performing team
• Must be commutable to Swampscott, MA (local candidates only)
