Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh, NC
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a 346-unit, stick-built, garden-style multifamily project in Raleigh, NC-Phase 2 of a successful development. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on from early construction through completion as part of a fast-paced, collaborative team, reporting directly to senior regional leadership. It's a chance to join a growing developer-builder with an expanding pipeline across the Carolinas and strong long-term growth potential.

Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh, NC - Responsibilities:
* Oversee full project life-cycle from groundbreaking through turnover
* Coordinate with field teams, subs, and internal stakeholders
* Manage schedules, budgets, and lead weekly progress meetings
* Review drawings/specs, resolve conflicts, and mitigate risks
* Ensure site safety and quality standards are met
Profile
Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh, NC - Qualifications:
* 3-4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily construction
* Stick-frame garden-style or podium experience strongly preferred
* Experience with budget management, scheduling tools, and subcontractor coordination
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Offer
Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Raleigh, NC - Will Receive:
* Base salary up to $180,000 dependent on experience
* Bonus structure of $30K-$40K per project
