- This role involves the creation, reporting, and tracking of manufacturing quality data (QA Reports). It includes overseeing and reporting on designated quality initiatives and performance indicators. The position is responsible for troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis, and problem-solving related to quality issues on the manufacturing floor.
- Key responsibilities include managing daily quality activities, such as inspecting received materials, in-process components, sub-assemblies, finished goods, new product conformity reviews, and handling product returns and repair requests. The role ensures the closure of corrective actions and verifies their effectiveness.
- Support is provided to the Quality Manager/Supervisor in the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System. The position is also responsible for validating and releasing new products to the manufacturing area, requiring collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering (R&D), Supply Chain, Production, Suppliers, and Customers.
- Additionally, the role involves providing guidance, training, and support to Quality Inspectors to ensure compliance with the quality management system. The position supports the Compliance and Regulatory department by conducting audits, addressing audit findings, preparing reports, and determining corrective and preventive actions (FRACAS).
- The role requires analyzing defective products or materials, customer returns, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address customer complaints. It includes identifying, recommending, and implementing changes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize scrap and rework, while monitoring related data.
- The position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with ethical and legal requirements and has working knowledge of ISO/9001/14000/13485 and AS9100 standards. Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Profile
- Associate's degree with over 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Design and Process FMEA
- Familiar with Quality Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, Control Plans, and Process Flow
- Skilled in problem-solving methodologies: Ishikawa, 5W - 1H, and Failure Tree Analysis
- Proven experience with Corrective and Preventive Actions, First Time Quality, Production Efficiency, and Schedule Attainment
- Demonstrated expertise in production and material control
- Experience in high-complexity, high-mix, and low-volume production environments
- Knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control and Process Validation/Verification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Experience interacting with customers, suppliers, and senior management
