• Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all onsite construction activities.
• Manage subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.
• Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors regarding site updates.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and building codes.

Profile

• 2+ years of experience in a construction role, ideally within commercial projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and maintain morale.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle competing deadlines and priorities.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools such as Procore or Buildertrend.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and effective communication.
