Description
- Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all onsite construction activities.
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring safety, quality, and project deadlines are met.
- Conduct daily site walkthroughs to monitor progress and address potential issues proactively.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and vendors regarding site updates.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and building codes.
Profile
- 2+ years of experience in a construction role, ideally within commercial projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and maintain morale.
- Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle competing deadlines and priorities.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools such as Procore or Buildertrend.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and effective communication.
