Senior Project Manager - OSHPD

My client is a leading general contractor specializing in commercial construction, and they're seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting commercial OSHPD projects with industry experts in a dynamic envrionment.

My client is a California based 100% employee owned ENR ranked General Contractor with an excellent market reputation. Their projects are typically valued at a minimum of $10M.

Description

• Defining project scope and objectives
• Delegating tasks and assigning responsibilities
• Monitoring team performance and addressing issues
• Tracking project expenditures against budget
• Identifying cost variances and implementing corrective actions
• Managing change orders and contract modifications
• Forecasting project financials and reporting to stakeholders
• Communicating risk updates to stakeholders
• Maintaining open communication with clients throughout the project
• Addressing client concerns and managing expectations
• Ensuring client satisfaction with project deliverables

Profile

• 3+ year's experience in large scale construction
• Must have expereince working on OSHPD projects
• Well established tenure working for notable general contractors
• Complete understanding of the construction process
• Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients
• Self-motivated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Willing to take on multiple responsibilities and complete a variety of tasks to complete projects on time
