Vice President
The Vice President role in the business services industry offers an exciting leadership opportunity in the construction department. This position focuses on strategic oversight, operational excellence, and fostering growth within a collaborative environment.
Client Details
A well-established general contractor with decades of successful project delivery across California, with a strong track record in DSA, Education, and Commercial projects
Description
- Provide executive leadership and mentorship to Project Executives and project teams.
- Oversee all operational aspects of ongoing projects within DSA, Education, and Commercial sectors.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive company growth, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
- Build and sustain client and stakeholder relationships throughout Southern California.

Profile
A successful Vice President should have:
- Progressive experience in general contracting
- Proven success delivering DSA, K-12, Higher Education, and Commercial Projects.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage large teams and complex budgets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on, collaborative management style.
