Superintendent - Custom Homes

Description

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations and coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
• Manage and supervise construction staff and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure all regulatory paperwork is completed properly.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes.

Profile

A successful Site Supervisor should have:

• 3+ years of experience in Superintendent or Site Supervisor role
• A strong background in the custom homebuilding construction industry.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to direct and manage a team.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to work.
• A comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
