We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with strong GC background and hands‑on experience delivering NYCT/MTA/Amtrak/LIRR projects-especially station rehabs, ADA upgrades, elevators, escalators, and complex transit construction. Description

    • Lead large-scale transit construction projects including station rehabs, ADA accessibility upgrades, elevator and escalator installations, and structural/demolition scopes.
    • Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and documentation from preconstruction to closeout.
    • Manage coordination with transit agencies, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, safety teams, and field leaders.
    • Review drawings, RFIs, design changes, and change orders, ensuring projects meet technical specifications and strict agency standards.
    • Drive progress meetings, maintain compliance with all MTA/NYCT protocols, and resolve complex challenges quickly and professionally.
    • Ensure safety, quality, communication, and performance remain top priorities across all phases of work.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager should have:

    • Extensive experience managing NYCT, MTA, LIRR, or Amtrak construction projects-preferably station rehabs, ADA upgrades, elevators/escalators, or structural transit scopes.
    • Strong GC background with proven ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar, high‑complexity infrastructure projects.
    • Deep understanding of transit agency protocols, safety requirements, scheduling constraints, and operational coordination.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, organization, and client‑facing skills.
    • A proactive, solutions‑oriented manager who thrives under pressure and loves delivering critical public infrastructure.
