Description

• Oversee all day-to-day site activities for commercial interior projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, safety, and quality standards.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain smooth project delivery.

• Manage inspections, client walk-throughs, and ensure timely completion of punch lists.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and clients to resolve issues proactively and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a focus on commercial interiors or tenant improvement projects in NYC.

• Proven ability to manage multiple trades, maintain tight project timelines, and uphold exceptional safety standards.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a collaborative approach.

• NYC Site Safety credentials and familiarity with local regulations preferred.
