We are seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to oversee public sector construction projects in Brooklyn, NY. Description

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project close-out.

• Oversee subcontractors, trades, and labor to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

• Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and city inspectors to keep work on track and compliant with regulations.

• Manage scheduling, logistics, and progress reporting while resolving issues proactively.

• Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Profile

• 8+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a Superintendent role.

• Strong background in NYC public work (SCA, DDC, DASNY, or similar).

• Skilled in managing multiple trades and coordinating complex schedules.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, enforce safety, and build strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors.

• Active NYC DOB license is a plus.
