Description
Assistant Superintendent - Public / Academic Construction - Responsibilities
- Oversee all field operations, ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate, direct, and supervise subcontractors and direct labor on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, schedule, quality control, and cost control standards.
- Develop and maintain the site logistics plan to ensure smooth operations across all project aspects.
- Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining the overall project schedule.
- Lead weekly foreman and safety meetings to ensure team alignment and safety adherence.
- Attend and contribute to weekly owner meetings, providing updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
Profile

Job Offer
Assistant Superintendent - Public / Academic Construction - Will receive
- Base salary: $70K - $110K
- Project Bonus: $2K - $5K based on project completion
- 8% 401K contribution
- Full health benefits (100% coverage)
- Paid time off (2 weeks PTO for new recruits, 5 sick days, 2 personal days)
- Vehicle allowance: $500/month
- Performance-based bonuses for outstanding work (up to 10% of base salary)
