MEP Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MEP Project Manager to sit in our clients Norwalk office and oversee mechanical projects from start to finish. As an MEP Project Manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing MEP systems, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to lead teams effectively.

Our client, a reputable contractor located in the Norwalk area, specializing in mechanical projects, is dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions across Central and Southern Connecticut. With a proven track record of excellence in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, they are seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Description
- Manage all phases of MEP projects, from planning and design to execution and close-out.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to align on project requirements and objectives.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Address and resolve project challenges promptly to maintain quality and schedule adherence.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support successful project outcomes.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing MEP projects, with a focus on mechanical systems.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and industry regulations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.
- Familiarity with building codes and compliance requirements in Connecticut.
