Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent with a strong background in tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovations within commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery - on time and within budget.

• Lead daily on-site construction operations for commercial TI projects ranging from $250K-$10M+.

• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards.

• Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays or issues.

• Conduct daily site walks, enforce safety standards (OSHA), and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain and update project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and as-builts.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to maintain effective communication and decision-making.

• Lead jobsite meetings, including coordination meetings with trades and site safety briefings.

• Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure conformance with specifications and quality standards.

• Resolve field conflicts and unforeseen conditions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
