About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent with a strong background in tenant improvement (TI) and interior renovations within commercial construction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all field operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality project delivery - on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily on-site construction operations for commercial TI projects ranging from $250K-$10M+.
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to ensure adherence to scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards.
Maintain project schedules and proactively address potential delays or issues.
Conduct daily site walks, enforce safety standards (OSHA), and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, submittals, and as-builts.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to maintain effective communication and decision-making.
Lead jobsite meetings, including coordination meetings with trades and site safety briefings.
Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure conformance with specifications and quality standards.
Resolve field conflicts and unforeseen conditions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
