Superintendent - High-End Commercial / Residential

The Superintendent is responsible for the overall delivery of Luxury Residential and Commercial projects, overall site safety, scheduling and management of subcontractors and ensuring perfection on projects.

Our client is a well established General Contractor with over 15 years of successful projects in Miami Dade County.

Description

• Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
• Develop and maintain site logistics plan
• Deliver projects on-time and under budget
• Conduct quality inspections
• Monitor costs, including labor time and material
• Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
• Prepare and submit Daily Reports
• Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings

Profile

• 5 + years of experience as a Superintendent with commercial or Luxury Residential Projects
• Miami-Dade County Project experience (2 + full projects)
• Strong experience with Project Management Software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software
• OSHA-30 Certification preferred
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and client care.
