About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Estimator to lead our estimating department for civil construction projects in Red Bank, NJ. This is a senior-level position responsible for managing all aspects of the estimating process, ensuring accurate and competitive bids, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the estimating team and processes for civil construction projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and proposals for public and private sector projects.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment on scope and pricing.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and industry partners.
• Implement best practices and continuously improve estimating systems and tools.
