Description
- Lead multiple construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring they stay on schedule, on budget, and meet quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, architects, and partners to support repeat business and long-term growth.
- Guide and mentor project teams, helping managers and field staff perform at their best.
- Oversee contracts, budgets, and risk management to protect project success and profitability.
- Represent the company at industry events and in the community to strengthen its reputation and visibility.

Job Offer
- Base Salary up to $170k
- Project Base Bonus Structure
- Vehicle Allowance: $900/M
- PTO: 3 weeks
