IP Litigation Associate
This is an excellent opportunity for an IP Litigation Associate to bring their expertise to a rewarding role within the professional services industry. The position calls for a detail-oriented legal professional to handle complex intellectual property litigation cases in Dallas or Houston.

Description
- Manage all aspects of intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal advice.
- Engage in discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document reviews.
- Participate in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external experts to develop compelling case arguments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of intellectual property laws and industry trends.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Strong academic credentials and a solid understanding of intellectual property law.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
- Exceptional research, analytical, and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse clients and teams.
- A license to practice law in Texas or eligibility to obtain one promptly.
