Project Manager - Residential Construction
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a motivated individual with strong organizational and leadership skills to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules, and monitor progress to meet goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
- Oversee procurement of materials and manage resource allocation effectively.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A background in construction project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide teams and work with clients.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Offer
- Competitive salary range of $91,000 to $125,000 annually.
