We are working with a top-rated ENR builder in the DFW metroplex who focuses on large commercial and educational projects throughout Texas and is seeing exponential growth. They have a strong project pipeline leading into 2026 and a heavy focus on building and maintaining relationships made evident by their repeat clientele and low employee turnover. Description

  • Oversee all phases of K-12 construction projects, from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with school administrators, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and educational requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all project participants.
  • Mentor and train construction staff on best practices and safety protocols.
  • Implement project management strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize disruptions.

Profile

Experience:

  • Previous experience in construction management, particularly with K-12 educational projects.
  • Familiarity with the construction process, project management, and building codes.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities to effectively manage on-site teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools for tracking progress and reporting.
