Attorney Recruiting Coordinator | Washington, DC
We're seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to facilitate Lateral recruitment efforts. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standard of talent within our team, have strong attention to detail, and be excited to learn and grow.

Description
- Coordinate the Attorney recruitment process including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and collecting feedback.
- Collaborate with broader HR team on onboarding and integrating new lateral hires.
- Maintain up-to-date candidate records in ATS.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide regular recruitment reports to management.

Profile
A successful Attorney Recruiting Coordinator should have:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years experience in recruitment, preferably within the legal industry.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and HR databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions.
