Attorney Recruiting Coordinator | New York City
We are seeking an experienced Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing excellent service, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks effectively.

Description
- Coordinate the recruitment process for attorneys, including scheduling interviews and liaising with candidates.
- Maintain updated candidate records and job postings in applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Provide regular recruitment reports to HR team and hiring managers.
- Contribute to the development of recruitment strategy and initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to candidates during the recruitment process

Profile
A successful Attorney Recruiting Coordinator should have:
- A Bachelors degree (required)
- Experience in recruitment within the legal (preferred) or professional services industry
- Proficiency in recruitment software and database management
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- A proactive approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions
